BEST Option: 9 Days, 5 of Them a Liquids-Only Fast

For the BEST results, the Colon Cleansing Kit™ should be done over a 9 day period that includes a 5 day, liquids-only fast. Liquids-only fasting assures that Toxin Absorber's™ ability to remove old waste will not be lessened by the presence of solid food. In addition, taking Toxin Absorber™ with apple juice every 3 hours, while awake, will maintain the optimum concentration of waste-removing herbs within your digestive tract and give you a sense of fullness thus lessening the feeling of hunger. This option is unequaled for removing old accumulated intestinal debris.

"Will I Feel Hungry All the Time?"
Don't worry about feeling hungry during the five days of liquids-only. When the Toxin Absorber™ fiber powder mixes with your apple juice drink it swells up in your stomach and gives you a full, satisfied feeling. Alternatively the Colon Cleansing Kit™ may be done while eating solid foods. If you choose to eat while cleansing you can control the strength of your cleanse by varying what and how much you eat (see chart below titled "Controlling the Strength of Your Cleanse"). By eating less and/or easier to digest foods you will have a deeper cleanse with more waste removal.* This scale ranges from the strongest cleanse, occasionally eating raw fruits and vegetables with a mostly liquids diet, to the mildest cleanse, frequently eating difficult to digest foods like meat, pasta, sweets, and fried foods. If you do choose to eat, taking the Colon Cleansing Kit™ over the more intensive 5 day period will still provide a deeper cleanse than the 30 day option. This option is BETTER if you feel that fasting for 5 days will be too difficult for you.



GOOD Option: 30 Days with Optional Changes to Diet and No Fasting

The third option is to take one packet of Toxin Absorber™ 1 hour before bed each night for 30 days. In addition you may elect to make dietary changes as mentioned above. This method is GOOD if you are usually constipated and want to establish a pattern of regularity or simply want a very gentle cleanse. Also for those taking oral prescription drugs more than once a day so as to not interfere with drug absorption.
 

Controlling the Strength of Your Cleanse
To use this chart, locate your current diet type in each column. 

You can control the strength of your cleanse by varying what and how much you eat. By eating less and/or easier to digest foods you will have a deeper cleanse with more old waste removal.
 
The top portion of the chart produces the Strongest Cleanse with the most mucoid plaque removed.  The lower portion of the chart produces a Milder Cleanse with the least mucoid plaque removed. 

You can make your cleanse stronger and more effective by moving up a level in any column or combination of columns and choosing the next level of diet.  Likewise, if your cleanse becomes too strong, you can move down in any column or combination of columns to soften the effects.

Do your best to choose organic, non-processed whole foods and lots of fresh raw fruits and raw vegetables, or lightly steamed vegetables and greens. Avoid, consumption of common toxins such as: tobacco, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, iodized table salt.  Reduce or avoid intake of heavy fried foods, meats, fats, dairy products: including yogurt, cheese, ice cream, milk and reduce or avoid all processed foods, before - during - and after your Lifestyle option cleanse.

The Blessed Herbs Colon Cleansing Kit™ is a safe process used by hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers. There are some conditions and drugs that make it inadvisable to use and others that require the guidance of a healthcare practitioner to monitor your condition and/or adjust your drug dosage as needed. Please read the following information below.

Do NOT Use If...

● you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or nursing
● you become pregnant, stop the cleanse immediately
● you have an active, acute infection anywhere in the body
● you are undergoing/recovering from a medical procedure, surgery or therapy
● you have extreme weakness or extreme deficiencies
● you have abdominal pain, abnormal narrowing of esophagus or intestines, an acute inflammation of the GI tract, bowel obstruction, diarrhea or vomiting
● you have trouble swallowing

This supplement should be taken with at least a full 8 oz glass of apple juice, followed by or mixed with a full 8 oz glass of purified water.   Because of the Ginger Root, consult with your healthcare provider before using, if you have gallstones, peptic ulcers, or take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Notice: Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking or constipation. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
If you experience chest pain, vomiting, allergic skin rash or difficulty in swallowing or breathing, after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Some people are sensitive to breathing the dust of the Toxin Absorber™ powder. If so, keep at an arm’s length when mixing or have another person mix the powder and organic apple juice for you. Take all other drugs or supplements two hours apart from taking Toxin Absorber to assure their proper absorption and non-interaction.

Caution: If pregnant or nursing do not take Toxin Absorber™ in conjunction with a Cleansing Kit, but it may be taken alone as a supplement to provide dietary fiber or relief from occasional constipation, only once a day, one hour before bed and at least three hours after a meal to assure no interference with nutritional absorption. Do not take in the presence of bowel obstruction or abnormal narrowing of the esophagus or intestines. Always take Toxin Absorber™ with a minimum of a full glass of liquid to prevent constipation.

Take all other drugs, pharmaceuticals or supplements one hour before taking Toxin Absorber to assure their proper absorption. 

Notice:  This product contains Cape Aloe, Aloe Vera, Cascara Sagrada, and Chinese Rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully.  Do not use if your have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because these herbs may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. 

Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have frequent diarrhea, or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or if your have a serious medical condition. Because of the Ginger Root, consult with your healthcare provider before using, if you have gallstones, peptic ulcers, or take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Caution:  Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dosage.  Not for long term use.  The licorice root has a glycyrrhizin content of less than 1 milligram(mg) per capsule.  Taking amounts of 100 mg/day or less have been found free of adverse effects.  As a precaution, those with diabetes, high blood pressure, hypokalemia, heart, kidney, or liver disease, or taking cardiac medications, should ask their healthcare provider before taking.
