this order for processing and agreeing to the
Terms and Conditions below, constitutes a binding agreement to the terms and
conditions of sale and authorizes Enviro-Health-Tech to process your order.

business days for final delivery. All shipments are insured UPS Ground, Fed
Ex or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. All prices are

Funds must be received before order is processed or shipped. All orders must
be accompanied by a Shopping Cart Order form or a print-out order form or an
email order.

Limited 14-day guarantee
providing product is returned complete, clean and
undamaged minus all
shipping & restocking fees. Customer must notify Enviro-Health-Tech
within 14-days from receiving shipment to immediately voice any problems
or concerns. Instructions for repair, or return will be given. Restocking
fees are imposed on all cancellations processed prior to or after
shipment. Products are specialized and/or custom made-to-order, therefore
up to a 25% restocking fee will be instilled on ALL returns. All
returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a "Return Merchandise
Code" provided by the Enviro-Health-Tech customer service representative.
After goods have been returned to Enviro-Health-Tech and inspected by the
technical workshop, allow up to 14 business days for return of funds minus
any fees.
