~ Customer must notify Enviro-Health-Tech within
30-days from receiving shipment to immediately voice any problems or concerns.

~ All products are specialized and/or
custom made-to-order, therefore a minimum 10% or up to a 25% restocking fee will
be instilled on ALL returns.
~Restocking fees are imposed on all
order cancellations processed prior to or after shipment.
~ Each product has a specific warranty or repair
terms & conditions offered by the manufacturer. Warranties may be only 30
days, 90 days, 1 year or otherwise stated on documentation accompanied with
product. Please contact us for specific repair/replacement terms.
Some products with Open box or used items may not be returned,
exchanged or refunded.
~ All returns for repairs or otherwise, must be
pre-approved and accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Code" provided by the
Enviro-Health-Tech customer service representative. Contact E-H-T first before
returning any product in order to receive proper
Repair Order instructions. Out of warranty service is available for an
additional fee on select products.
~ After authorized RMC goods have been returned to
Enviro-Health-Tech and inspected by the technical workshop, allow up to 14
business days for return of funds minus any fees.
~ Enviro-Health-Tech shall not be liable
for the loss of use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss
or any other indirect consequential, special or incidental damage due to breach
of the above warranty or implied warranty, except of the extent prohibited by
applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose on the product is excluded
~ Most products ship within 24-48 hours
or 3-5 business
days, however allow at least 14 business days for final delivery unless
already noted as "on backorder" or notified with email order confirmation, whereby shipping
ETA will be provided.

calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of
the items you are purchasing and your choice of carrier. USPS or UPS
are preferred ship method. USPS Priority comes with
delivery confirmation and minimal or no insurance, 3-5 days. USPS International Priority is
tracked to the custom clearance international destination, 7-10 days. USPS Express or
International Express is tracked & minimally insured, 3-5 days - allow for
customs clearance. All
UPS choices are insured with a tracking number provided via email. There are several shipping
options available with USPS, or UPS please contact us for further details on
specific choices. FedEX International Economy is tracked & insured and available
on international shipments only. Additional brokerage, customs or duties &
fees may be imposed at delivery for all international destinations.
Additional shipping fees may be quoted for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico,
and International destinations prior to final processing.
~ All International customers are fully responsible at
time of delivery for any additional fees from custom duties, taxes, import fees
or other unforeseen import or delivery charges. International Shipping options
will be given for choices regarding; insurance, tracking, regular or express and
may be quoted via email prior to final processing and shipment.

reserve the right via email confirmation to adjust shipping fees & carrier
choices, or product prices prior to final processing.
All Shopping Cart, phone orders & Mail Orders will be checked for correct
pricing, shipping and Grand Total before final processing. Should any
discrepancies be found, you will be contacted prior to processing the order. You
will also be notified on backorders, shipping delays or other unforeseen
circumstances. Email Confirmation will note any changes
or updates prior to final processing.
