Shipping Policy

~ Credit Card Billing Address/Shipping Address must match unless prior arrangements are made via telephone. A special request and additional verification and confirmation must be made to ship orders to destinations or alternate addressee other than Credit Card Billing/Shipping Cardholder Addressee. 

 

~ Address Verification (AVS) and Security Code Validations (Cvv2) are performed on all credit card transactions and a complete match or validation anti-fraud confirmation must occur prior to final processing.  We reserve the right to request and confirm additional cardholder information, billing address, shipping address or validate credit card or telephone numbers prior to final processing.

~ All shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of the items you are purchasing, the Billing/Shipping delivery destination and your choice of carrier. A nominal handling charge is included with all shipping fees.  USPS or UPS are preferred ship method. There are several shipping options available with USPS, or UPS please contact us for further details on specific choices or special requests. Addressee Signature may be required at time of delivery for some shipments. We reserve the right via email confirmation to adjust shipping fees & carrier choices prior to final processing. Additional shipping fees may be quoted for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and International destinations may be calculated on a case-by-case basis prior to final processing dependent on weight or item being shipped. 

  • USPS Priority is trackable, comes with delivery confirmation and minimal or no insurance allow 3-5 days for domestic delivery. Addressee Signatures may be required on some shipments.  USPS International Priority is trackable with minimal or no insurance allow 7-10 days for delivery and additional time for customs clearance.  USPS Express (2-3 day delivery) or International Express is tracked & minimally insured but allow 3-5 days for international delivery and additional time for customs clearance.  USPS Overnight Express service is NOT available.

  • All UPS choices are for domestic US only and are insured with tracking number provided. UPS Ground 4-5 day delivery.  UPS 2-DAY allow 3 days for delivery. UPS 3-day SELECT is a ground service and available on some shipments.  UPS Overnight Express service is NOT available.   UPS is not available for most international destinations, except to Canada with prior arrangement. Additional brokerage fees may be charged at international delivery.  UPS may be utilized on some International destinations based on weight and item ordered but will be confirmed via email prior to final processing.

~ Most products ship within 24-72 hours or 1-3 business days, however allow at least 14 business days for final delivery unless already noted as "on backorder" or notified with email order confirmation, whereby shipping ETA will be provided.

~ We are not responsible for delays caused by improperly or incorrectly submitted data, such as spelling mistakes, or mis-addressed shipping information.  Additional shipping charges may apply if items are returned due to incorrect data or refused delivery.  Addressee signatures may not be waived on some shipments.

~ All INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are fully responsible at time of delivery for any additional fees from custom duties, taxes, import fees, ship fees, or other unforeseen import, brokerage, delivery or package refusal charges. International Customers should check with your local authorities regarding import restrictions and customs observations prior to placing International orders - any international delivery may have unforeseen taxes, restrictions, or duties imposed on them at delivery.

~  Contact Us for pre-order shipping quotes, special shipping requests, International shipping estimates, payment options or a personal consultation for any product. Email Confirmation will note any changes or updates prior to final processing. 

~ CHIP Enrollment Registration Payment, Installment Payments or Financing options for CHIP Complete Lifestyle TRANSFORMATION Intensive EIGHTEEN Classroom SESSIONS with Textbook Kit is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee is applied if participant requests to cancel. NO REFUND or Cancellation during or after program begins. No Refund after enrollment approval or enrollment deadline. If participant cancels their approved program enrollment prior to the enrollment deadline, a 25% Cancellation Fee will be Applied after approved enrollment and/or prior to program enrollment deadline. Participants accept full responsibility for determining their ability to participate in/or completing the CHIP program intensive. No Consultation Discount available for this program. S/H covers hard-copy mailed program Textbook Kit. Must be physically present and within the AZ-NV-CA TriState Region to participate in CHIP 7-week Healthy Lifestyle Seminar Intensive.  ALL Enrollment & Registration Agreements, Accountability Agreement, Health Evaluation Intake Form and Payment MUST be completed prior to Course Start Date or prior arrangements must be confirmed before the first session of the CHIP Program.

~ All INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are fully responsible prior to shipment and/or at time of delivery for any additional fees from custom duties, taxes, import fees, ship fees, or other unforeseen import, brokerage, delivery or package refusal charges. International Customers should check with your local authorities regarding import restrictions and customs observations prior to placing International orders - any international delivery may have unforeseen taxes, restrictions, shipping fees or duties placed on them at delivery.  Certain customs clearance restrictions are specific to local authorities and beyond our control. Refusal fees, shipping/handling, or restock fees may be charged if parcel is not accepted or refused at customs. Addressee signatures and fee payments may be imposed at time of delivery.  Shopping Cart shipping and carrier options may not be reflected as exact at time of order, due to restrictions placed upon the fee calculators for International deliveries.  All International orders will be confirmed via email prior to final processing if discrepancies or additional fees collected.

Return & Exchange Policy

~ Agreement to TERMS & CONDITIONS  is mandatory for all orders to be processed. All orders must be paid in full before shipped. 

~ Limited 30-day satisfaction guarantee providing product is returned complete in original packaging, clean and undamaged, minus all shipping & restocking fees.  Select Open box or used items may not be returnable or refunded. Check your invoice for details or contact us. Repair/Replacement/Exchange/Refund is at the sole discretion of Enviro-Health-Tech

~ All products are specialized and/or custom made-to-order, therefore a minimum 10% or up to a 35% restocking fee will be instilled on ALL returns. 

 

 ~ NO RETURNS - NO REFUND - NO EXCHANGES on opened food or nutritional supplements!     Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!

~ Customer must notify Enviro-Health-Tech within 30-days from receiving shipment to immediately voice any problems or concerns. Instructions for repair, or return will be given.  Select Opened box or products that have been Used, may not be returnable or refundable, or exchanged. Contact us for full details or special exceptions

~ All returns for repairs or otherwise, must be pre-approved and accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Code" (RMC) provided by the Enviro-Health-Tech customer service representative.  Contact E-H-T first before returning any product in order to receive proper Repair Order or Exchange instructions. Out of warranty service is available for an additional fee on select products.

~ After authorized RMC goods have been returned to Enviro-Health-Tech and inspected by the technical workshop, allow up to 14 business days for return of funds minus any applied fees.

~Restocking fees are imposed on Custom Order cancellations processed prior to or after shipment.  If you choose to immediately cancel an order due to "Backorder Notification" or "Additional Shipping Fee Remittance", then in most cases you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

~ Each product has a specific warranty or repair terms & conditions offered by the manufacturer.  Warranties may be only 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or otherwise stated on documentation accompanied with product.  Please contact us for specific repair/replacement/return terms.   Some products with Open box or used items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

~ Enviro-Health-Tech shall not be liable for the loss of use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or any other indirect consequential, special or incidental damage due to breach of the above warranty or implied warranty, except of the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on the product is excluded

~ Agreement to Terms & Conditions / Return Policy  is mandatory for all orders to be processed. An order constitutes automatic agreement to Terms & Conditions. All orders must be paid in full before shipped.

~ PHONE orders are OK but, for optimum security, faster service and special online savings, please submit a Shopping Cart Order.  Phone orders will require an email address for confirmation. Credit Card Billing Address/Shipping Address must match unless prior arrangements are made. 

~ MAIL ORDERs are OK but, for optimum security, faster service and special online savings, please submit a Shopping Cart Order and choose the payment button for 'mail-in check' or 'mail-in money order'.  Complete shopping cart order form as requested, click appropriate box for mail-in payments and submit your order for processing.  Instructions for mail-in payments will be sent via email.

~ All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and for a small fee and with prior authorization; Western Union or Bank Wire Transfers.  Certified checks, money orders or personal checks are accepted by mail order only or via PayPal e-Check. Funds must be received and paid in full before order is processed or shipped. Checks & Money Orders must clear bank before product is shipped. Allow additional time for delivery when paying by personal Check or Money Order.

~ Backorder Notifications will be sent immediately.  Some custom and 'special order' products may take as much as four weeks to fulfill order.  We do our best to keep stocked up, however 'runs' on certain products do occur periodically.  To ensure product quality - some products are kept in limited stock with constant and regular stock renewal.  Sorry- you may need to wait a few extra days for some nutrients or food supplements.  In most Backorder circumstances all processing is authorized and the order pended until ready for shipment.

~ We reserve the right via email confirmation to backorder, require signatures, adjust shipping fees & carrier choices  or adjust product prices prior to final processing. All Shopping Cart, phone orders & Mail Orders will be checked for correct pricing, shipping and Grand Total before final processing.  Should any discrepancies be found, you will be contacted prior to processing the order. You will also be notified on backorders, shipping discrepancies, shipping delays, specialized custom orders, large purchases or other unforeseen circumstances.
